I just picked up my 2011 FLHRC yesterday from Fullsac Performance in Lake Havasu, AZ. I had already upgraded with SE air cleaner, Fullsac X-Pipes to kill the Cat, and Rush Slip-Ons with 1.75" pipes. The bump was nice, but nothing like pulling out the stock cams and dropping in a set of Woods new 555 cams. I understand they are very similar to the Andrews 54's, and can't compare, but I am one happy customer. Steve at Fullsac did the best Dyno I've ever had done, using TTS Mastertune, and obtained 101HP and 109TQ. Outstanding performance out of a formerly hamstrung bike (thank you socialism and our EPA)!
