OK I posted this info int the Touring Bike Section but I thought more people might see it here.
The Mr. Clean Autodry and the Mr. Clean Autodry Pro are the best two motorcycle washing products I've ever used. All you have to do is rinse the bike with the M.C. then soap the bike then a mit and scrub the grime off. Then rinse with regular water and then spray with spotless rinse. Go grab a beer and a cigarette and in about 20-30 minutes you are ready to ride on a spotless machine. I was skepticle when I saw the commercials but it reeeeeeeeally works. The controls on the M.C. Autodry has 3 sittings-rinse (normal water), soap and spotless rinse. The Pro Series has 4 sittings-rinse (normal water), a second rinse (5 x stronger than normal rinse), soap and spotless rinse.
Cost Approx.
Autodry-Around $20.00
Pro Series-Around $32.00
Money Well Spent

I, too, have had good results with the Autodry system. There is a caveat, though. If you have hard water to begin with (we certainly do), make sure that you completely cover the bike with the spotless rinse, otherwise it will leave spots in some areas, but not others. It's really just a matter of making sure you cover everything.
Even when using the autodry system, I still tend to use my leafblower to blow the bike dry. That lets me wax it quickly, so that I can make the whole process as seamless as possible.

Tried this also last weekend. Worked great on my fiance's bike. Not a spot! Of course I didn't have the attachment tight on the hose initially and spayed water all over my bike....DOH!!!! Was worth the investment. Still have the leafblower if I want a fast dry.
