I installed some Rush mufflers with 2" in. bafffles on my '07 Ultra. The right side is hotter and louder than the left. Should the left side have a 1.75 baffle to counteract the right side?

 

The stock exhaust is the same way. I have 1.75 baffles on my 07 SG. Same deal, the right is the main and the left is basically a reverb chamber. It's more to do with the design of the exhaust than the baffle size. I know FuelMoto does have tuned packages with different size baffles. May want to give them a call. There are also companies (Fullsac Performance) that make cheap true dual conversion kits.
