I can tell you that newspapers do not have lab facilities. They just interview and report what somebody tells them, right or wrong. Probably wrong, more often than not. Think of it as advertising.
I also was trying to say I didn't find the pull easier as some of the previous posters claimed.

There are plenty of testimonials on the site but the CW has issues with Two Wheel Touring bikes. The clutch springs are just too weak. If you ride aggressively then the clutch may slip. The CW works great on Tri Glides, Softails and Dyna models.
Many have replaced the spring and added the CW. They enjoy a lighter pull than stock. The CW also works on hydraulic clutches. Ken (NGH) has a CW on his 12 CVO SG but we changed the clutch to Barnett +1 and a AIM 480 spring. He now has a 9 pound lever pull and a clutch that will hold that beast.
Just need to read the Tech Talk page on the website. It's all there including the spring weights.

My Glide is a 1990, although I have an S&S 107" in it, with a Barnett HD clutch spring. So while it would be great to have reduced lever effort, I suspect your product isn't suitable because of the clutch design, rather than the spring.

BigG... if you want to ride by the house I can put a beta in to see if you like it, will take about 15 minutes... but even with the pink CVO spring the clutch will slip when you romp on the RoadKing. Two Wheel Touring bikes are our only issue. We are working on a CW Touring but it's not available yet.

No worries... as long as you are good with the lever pull. The CW was designed for guys like me that have nerve damage or medical issues pulling a clutch. It will also make a heavy aftermarket clutch spring pull easier for the aggressive builds as long as the spring is a stock configuration.
Funny though.... I built it to make my Tri Glide clutch pull easier and it works fine even if I am aggressive but a lighter weight two wheel touring bike has issues. Just something else to make you go hummmmmm. The TG is a 1700 GVW bike that uses the CVO pink spring.
