I hope you realize it was just some good clean fun. I'm sure we'll all get a chance to be on the other end. Please accept my apologies for all of the snickering asshat's behind me...

Seriously, I don't think anyone meant any harm...

I realize it was in fun, some of the comments made me feel like an old man. I'm sorry if I came off as a cry baby, it was a long day yesterday after a long weekend. Not an excuse, but just a reason. Please accept my applogies for sounding like a baby, I still think this is a cool board.

I read somewhere that those lights could affect fuel injected bikes somehow. I'm not sure how, but that is what I read. Check into it if you are putting those on a F.I. bike.

Yeah I've seen the lights, I was at a bike show and a lot of the bikes there had them on.... They look cool and I think it could be a fun item to have on a cruise...... I say get what you like and to hell wirh everybody else, remember you only need to please yourself.......

Of course HD has their own LED light kits (Electra-Glo™ Light Pod Kit) and many other companies also have LED's. (http://www.superbrightleds.com/mini_tubes.htm) and in some cases they look cool and other cases they do not, HOWEVER beauty is in the eye of the beholder!! If you like them, go for it, if you like chrome, go for it,.........in my opinion.

Hey Illini,

I think they are cool also, the problem is blue or red are illegal in most states including Illinois and Missouri. Great for a show bike but I wouldn't wast my time on a road bike.
