Default Metal Arts Horns

I just want to let all on here who care to listen that I ordered a set of trumpet horns from Metal Arts Inc. On 4/16 and still have not received them.

This is a copy of the email I just sent them...
Just want to let you know how disappointed I am in the service I have received from your company. I have called several times and most of my calls have gone unanswered. The first time I called and got someone I was told "I am glad you called because the order was not sent over to shipping and probably would not have gone out ifyou did not call". This was a week after the order was placed and paid for. I waited a second week and called again to get this response... "the order is delayed due to some bad chrome on the guards on the front of the horns" ok I said when will they be in. I was told they would ship on the following Monday. That came and went and now we are at a month since my initial order. Please tell me what I am supposed to do here. Patience is out and still no horns. Last two phone calls are unanswered. You have payment in full and I have nothing. If I don't get a response in the next 24 hours I will take the charge up with my credit card company. I had heard good things about your horns on HD forums.net and was excited to get a pair but this is a big let down to say the least.

Anyone else have this kind of experience ??

Sorry to hear that.I was very close to ordering from them. Very happy with Howards Horns. If your order doesn't work out I would recommend looking into them.

Just a quick update for anyone in the market for Air Horns. I finally got my set of Trumpets from Metal Arts yesterday. I ordered them April 16th they arrived on May 23. I do have to say that they are very nice, really easy to install (under 5 minutes) and very loud. I was missing the end caps which were supposed to be included with the horns. I have contacted customer service... got voicemail. Will post update and pic when I have more.
