Default HELP I broke the clutch adjuster

I accidentally (see definition for stupidity)broke the head off the clutch adjustor bolt on my 89 flhs[sm=smiley35.gif]. It should be east enough to get out using an easy out (I hope) My question is, is there any problem pulling that bolt out and replacing it with a new one? Will anything in the clutch drop out of place when I remove the old one? Thanks in advance for your help[sm=thanx.gif]

I think you should be fine.....as the pushrod is the only thing that touches that bolt. If the bolt is removed...nothing should come apart. There is nothing to come apart I believe.

I would take all the slack out of the cable. Then take the broke bolt out and replace with a new bolt. Do the adjustment at the clutch, then the cable.
