Special tool needed to remove derby cover??

Default Special tool needed to remove derby cover??
What kind of a tool do I need to remove the derby cover and chain adjust cover? It has what appears to be a Chevy emblem on it and no screws? I am trying to remove the primary cover to replace the stator on my 87 sportster...
