bike shakes below 1500 rpms

Need some help .Tore down primary to install new stator when i put it back together this vibration started .Levels out on the high way.but when I come to a stop vibrates bad till i pull the clutch in motor goes to idol. Thanks

What kind of bike is it and how did you loosen the compensator nut?
