The oil drain plug is a 1/8" NPT; helicoil is available but not sure about Timesert. A Timesert kit will cost $150; you can buy a used primary case for less. 1/8" NPT Helicoil is available but you will have to look for it. Heilcoil the hole and use a new drain plug.

Thanks guys for all the valuable advice.
The next week I am going to install a helicoil from an official dealer Harley.
They assured me they can do the job without removing the entire primary, but only the cover.
Let's hope so.
I keep you updated on the outcome.
