Had to replace inner primary. I bought a used one ebay and it has the bearing still in it. Appears to be in good condition. Can i use my old inner race? Or will it wear too much trying to seat?
May be replace all of it with new?
Comments/advice apprecited.

Do NOT re-install the used race or you will be doing it again in 1000 miles. Also, don't forget to lube the bearing assembly with oil on install. I would be inclined to only use a new bearing myself.

The inner race is on the mainshaft and the inner primary bearing and seal ride on the inner race. If your inner race has not moved or doesn't show a groove where the old seal was riding, I don't see any need to replace the inner race. Replace the inner primary bearing and seal and the jackshaft seal and put her back together. Be careful with the bolts and use a bit of sealant at the bolt heads/locks.
I have read on other forums posts from quite a few unhappy users of the Baker high torque unit. Don't hear much bad about the All ***** unit but there is nothing wrong with the OEM bearing and it's cheaper.
Should you find that your inner race has moved, replace it with the S&S tapered race and use the OEM parts in the primary; a good solid fix.
You are correct. The inner race on the shaft is just that its the inner race to the bearing and should not be swaped with a different bearing but yes it is also what the seal rides on.
