Can anyone give me assistance on how to remove and install rivets? I need to replace the Starter clutch gear, riveted to cluch hub on a 69 XLCH.

 

Read THIS thread. Will that work for what your are doing? I had drilled out my rivets and bolted on a new setup from EVO Industries. Their setup has you countersink the holes for the bolts where you drill out the rivets.
