How difficult and what is the best 6spd upgrade for an 04 5sp tranny.
Have most all tools at home and fairly mechanically inclined.

Baker DD6 is the nicest around. It is not inexpensive but quite nice. I was going to do this but it was way out of my price range. I don't really know about the mechanics of the swap.

me too, I am thinking about doing the same thing and want to hear about the job of trading out the 5 speed to the 6 speed. Thanks from me too!
