Default Drive Belt

I need some info on the drive belt. I put a new tire on before sturgis and when I put the wheel back on the bike and adjusted the tension it was fine. The belt does not ride in the center of the sprocket, it rides to the outboard side. And when I roll the bike back the belt shifts all the way to the inboard side and rubs against the tire. Can I get a hand here guys. Kenn By the way it's an 02 Classic

It is normal for the belt to move from one side to the other when changing directions. They all do it. I set mine up so that the belt runs in the middle of the pulley when turning the wheel forward. If everything else is ok, it should be fine. If it still rubs on the tire I would check to see that you have the spacers in right.

+2 Yep! They all do that.
You want to concerned with the belt tracking true while rotating the wheel in the forward direction ... after all ... How often do you ride backwards?
