Default Clutch or Tranny help, big problem 03FLSTF

I've done some looking on here and the web and cant find a solution. I have a service manual also. Heres the lowdown- The otherday I was coming home from work turned on my road had to stop, downshifted to 1st and then gave it throttle. When I applied throttle and released the clutch the engine revved and the bike moved forward but the not like it should. I make it home and stop to open up the gate put it in neutral (the motor is running fine) get back on the bike put it in 1st, let the clutch all the way out and the bike barely moves. I got in my shed. Now the bike will start with the clutch all the way out and run as it feels I am shifting through the gears. The clutch lever/ cable feels fine and is not overly loose or tight. If the motor is not running it feels it will only shift from 1st-2nd then a clunk.(Apparently its staying in nuetral but the shifter moves.I took derby cover off and squeezed clutch lever and could see plate movement . I tried to adjust the clutch per service manual and still same thing. I had a 10k service in June and then road around 1400 miles in a week mostly mountain rds (a lot of clutch and downshifting). I ride almost daily and usually do my own service. When I took the derby cover off the guy who did the service must have stripped out one of the heads on the torx and he put the wrong gasket on. I never had any problems before this. Thanks for the help

Make sure the clutch is adjusted properly, not just at the cable, but the clutch adjuster also.

If the clutch is adjusted properly, it may be that the front pulley has come loose.

Any oil leaking from the area of the front pulley?

I made sure when I adjusted the clutch I followed all the steps at both the cable and at the adjuster inside the primary. I didnt notice any oil leaking.

With the bike in gear, and the clutch handle out, can you roll the bike?

Default Clutch plate pics

I drained the primary and when I took the plug out it had a lot of metal shavings/debri on the magnet. The primary lubricant was dark almost black and it was supposed to have been changed the end of june when the guy Allegedly did my 10k service. I took the clutch plates out and most of them look discolored. The manual says if the steel ones have a blue'ish color to replace them. Here some pics. What do ya'll think?
