One thing that might help is how you shift rountinly. Train yourself.

Years ago an old dude, I met somewhere, told me to let go of the clutch lever completely everytime I shift a gear. Grab again when time to shift. Otherwise keep your hands off the lever. Once out of first gear never, never slip the clutch.

Surprising how many folks ride around with their hands on the clutch lever all the time.

You can expect to get 80-100k out of your stock clutch. Adjust every 10k.

 

Depends how your ride , do you adjust as it should be what you use in primary all come into pay.
It is not uncommon to go 80-100K on a stock clutch if properly cared for. Currently have over 50 on both bikes clutches good as new.
