Default could a mildly bent jackshaft bolt cause a bind?

I've been trying to figure out my starter issues.

starter bolt is slightly bent. I mean barely but it's definitely bent. Could this cause the jackshaft assembly to bind in the inner primary? I am pretty sure I isolated the bind at the big coupling inside the inner. Almost positive, actually...
