Over shift pawls

I have a 99 FXDX that i am having trouble missing gears at higher RPMs... ~6800. I have adjusted the pawl several times but it didn't really help. I am thinking about an overshift pawl. Sputhe and Baker both have them. Does anyone have a recommendation?
