2003 Road King. Removed 4 screws from primary cover. 5th screw directly behind passenger floor board and can't get to it or at least don't have correct wrench. Some gorilla put floor board on and can't break it loose. Suggestions??

Learning why you do your own stuff, bet no one been in there. Bought it 2 years ago with 800 miles, now 10K, had dealer service after I bought it.

 

A gentle bit of heat with a propane torch on the head of the floor board bolt is where I would start.

 

if you have a wobble head you can get to it with that i think, good luck to you
