Default Stock clutch life?

I have an 07 Night Train (96 inch) with 31,000 miles on the odometer. How many miles is the stock clutch good for? I'm pretty easy on it.

I got 60,000 on mine with no problems yet. Just routine adjustments.

Nice! Anybody else with high mileage bikes? I'd love to hear what kind of mileage you are getting out of the stock clutch.

A Harley clutch that won't last at least 70,000 to 80,000 miles in my opinon is junk. Just don't abuse it, change primary fluid often, and keep the cable adjusted properly.

The longest I've had one last was about 90,000 miles. It could have lasted longer, but there was no more adjustment to be had. When I did replace it, all I did was replace the plates and spring.

The same people that drag their feet around parking lots going slow also do a lot of clutch slipping I have noticed.

Be sure and do your shifting and let the clutch out and take the fingers off. Some don't.

I had 75,000 miles on my last bike and the stock clutch was still in great shape.

Took my clutch apart at 75,000. It is in great shape but there was a lot of crap in all the crevices. Cleaned her all up in the solvent tank and installed a SE pressure plate and should get at least another 50,000 out of her.

The original clutch pack in my 2000 RG made 145-150,000 miles before I had to freshen it up because the adjustment was all used up. I pull a cargo trailer with mine and have been known to get a little heavy on the throttle at times. As long as you don't dog it all the time or slip it a lot it should last you a long time.
