Default Draining Tranny fluid on softail ?

I did something stupid. Hopeing I didn't F-up too much.

Is the tranny drain plug on a Heritage softail above and between the shocks??
NOW,, that I see that, I'm guessing that's it ?

Because at first I didn't find that one, and I took out some other plug on the bottom of the bike (see pics) and couldn't figure out why I couldn't get the fluid to drain.

So, what is this plug for? Some oil (or some fluid) did come out. About half a cup. What oil is that ?

This plug is small and towards the right side of bike. About even with the heal of right side floorboard (see arrow on second picture)
Thanks for any help

Hard to tell from the pics, but is it the one under the crank? If so, you just drained the engine oil out of the crankcase. Not a big deal. Very carefully re-thread the thing and put it back (use some blue LocTite). Torque it exactly as the manual says, and don't touch it again.

Ever.

Kidding, not a big deal as long as it goes back at the right torque.

Edit- And yeah, the transmission plug is between the shocks.

To me that does look like the crank case plug from the pics. The tranny plug is up between the shocks a little further back.
