Default New clutch cable problem

Just put on a new Chromite 2 steel braided clutch cable from Magnum Shielding. Ordered factory length, nothing lengthened or shortend. When installing I had to move the adjuster nut all the way in to get it on and now that it's all back together there is no slack in the cable and the adjuster is all the way in. What gives?

I had the same deal with a Precision cable- cable stretch will get you back in adjustment range in a week or two.

Thats your call- is the clutch engaged when the hand control is fully released? Is the clutch disengaged when you pull the clutch in? If so, then its rideable- check it in a couple of 100s of miles and you will likely have your slack back.

Haven't started or rode it yet. I'm changing all of the lines. (Brake, throttle, idle etc...) This morning there seems to be just a slight bit of slack in it so maybe it is stretching a little. Thanks for your help.
