I have a 2000 Road King and had braided lines put on in 03. When I pull the clutch lever in it is not smooth, feels like a click in the middle of pulling it in. Any ideas?

 

Try lubing the cable first. I use lube-it8 teflon cable lubricant.

How long since U've lubed it.??

 

Make sure the cable is not frayed.

 

I tried lubricating the cable and it didn't help. I think it is frayed somewhere, probably where it enters the trans. Time for a new cable. Gotta be ready for Sturgis.....
