Default Nylon guide on primary chain tensioner

Can someone tell me about how many miles you get before the nylon guide that is on the primary chain tensioner needs to be changed? I have a 2005 Road King with 42,000 on it and I am riding it from Picayune Ms. to Fairbanks Alaska in August, about 4,600 miles one way.

I just changed mine at 115,000 miles, but it is not nearly worn out, would probably go another 35,000.
