You may need to shim the motor and/or trans mount bolts once you have the primary bolts tightened. Check the parts manual for your year/model to get the proper bolt length & hardness.

Oh, okay. You're trans mounts are a bit different than what I pictured for your bike (newer than any of my stuff) but the idea is the same.
Have you done it yet?

I didn't have a chance this past weekend, not sure if I'll be able to this weekend either, then I head to Daytona for the race's at the end of that week. It doesn't look like I'll be back at the garage untill the end of Feb. Good thing it's to snowy to ride around here. Thanks for all the help I'll post the results up when I eventually work on it.

I finally had some time to start working on the bike this weekend. I pulled the tranny out, and the plate that the transmission sit's on has a hairline crack in it. The crack goes from one of the bolt hole's to the edge of the plate. I'm guessing this crack could be a big part of my problem's, can someone confirm this? The rear drive belt has also been riding against the outside edge of the pulley on the transmission, what does' that tell me?
