BTW!! ....i went through this with a Baker 6 speed once...found that the ***** in the ramp had worn a deep(enough) pocket on the insife ramp half..that he had no clutch at all...you might want to look real carefully at that..it doesnt take much to stop things..

I'll find out, the new kit came with diaphram spring, and new parts for the transmission side exept for the 3 *****[sm=icon_rofl.gif]

"diaphram spring" ..never heard of changing that for the Easy Pull...is it in right side out ??

I pulled the derby cover off and with the bike in neutral and the clucth let out the diaphram spirng is compressed all the way flat. Is this correct.

Have the derby off and i found why my clutch is binding. When I pull the lever the diaphram and clutch hit the primary cover. Looked inside and it looks like the clutch fell of shaft.

Thats a bitch..are you familiar with how that all goes together??..if not, let Harley do it..especially if you have a warranty going...let us know what happens..

Got the sccot back today and wow the easy pull clucht is great. I had it all together right but just had it adjusted way out of wack. Thanks for the help.
