Default Clutch Life

I realize engine build and ride style have a lot to do with clutch life, but in general I am wondering what sort of miles you guys are getting from your stock clutch.
I'm coming up on 17k miles and I am starting to wonder when I should expect it to be at the end of its life.

thanks

Default RE: Clutch Life

With normal riding habits....excludes burnouts and riding the clutch, I believe a clutch should last at least 70,000 miles. If the clutch will not last that long...I consider it junk. There is NO reason why the stock OEM clutch should not last long.

It depends on proper adjustment and who is behind the handlebars
