Adjusted drive belt vibrates

Adjusted the drive belt on my 07 BOB to 5/16" at 10 lbs. When I ride over a dip in the road and the shocks depress I get a pertty strong vibration coming from the drive.&nbsp\\;Is the belt too tight?
