what fluid to use in tranny?

Default what fluid to use in tranny?
I know this has probably already been answered a few thousand times, but my search come up blank. It just switched to mobil 1 for my oil, what is a good tranny fluid to use? can use the mobil 1 in there too?

Use Mobil 1 75/90 gear oil or Red Line Shock Proof in the trans.

i use bel-ral big twin transmission oil it's semi-synthetic works good.

Here's what I use.

Transmission:
Red Line Heavy Shockproof.

Primary:
Red Line MTL Manual Transmission/ Manual Transaxle Lubricant.

Engine:
Rev Tech SAE 20W50.
