lost washer in primary

RE: lost washer in primary
I'm fighting my urge to ask how it got there in the first place, but since you didn't mention it I won't either.
You could remove the inspection cover and poke around in there with a magnet, but I think I'd bite the bullet and drain the primary then just pull the whole cover. You might even luck out and find the washer on the plug magnet if it's a small one.

Not a big deal to remove....An allen socket is preferred over the allen wrench. Simple job....
Have a primary gasket on hand, before removing the primary cover. You can sometimes get by reusing the gasket....not all the time.
Foot pegs, gearshifter, lowers....etc. These items may or maynot have to be removed depending on your bike. Every bike is different.....
Let us know exactly what bike you have though.....
