Just getting into wrenching on my first HD. Have completed my 30,000 mile service and would like to check my Cam tensioners.

If they need to be changed is it an easy proceedure. What tools will I need if any to set things back up properly.

Really don't want to take it to the dealer to have them do it if it is something I can do.

Site did'nt want to play ball. Will try later. If I change the tensioners is it best to upgrade them? If so to what? If I was to get the gears installed can I still run the rest stock?

So much to learn here, I getting confused.
