Default Bearing Noise

The dreaded transmission bearing noise.

I got back from the Veterans Thunder ride. Pulled into the drive and shifted into neutral, and thought the damn clutch was going to come out of the case.

I haven't heard a noise like that since the cam bearings went out on an old truck I had.

Factory warranty is out. I bought an after market warranty. Already talked to the service manager. Been to busy to get in into them.

Well Harley was about right 15,485 miles. Just did the 15,000 service and didn't see a lot of slivers on the drain plug. I did see some mush around the magnet. Probably grindings off the bearings.

Well He!!. I'll get it in next week.

Anyone else had to go through this?
