Nope. Not a clue.
I'm guessing the key take-away from your post is to read and understand the contract before signing it.
What I did find interesting was that I could not find a copy of the Extended Service Plan (ESP) contract on the HD website to actually take a look at and read. I just found basic coverage details.
For instance, I see under primary drive, the following is covered:
  • Chain Tensioner
  • Chain Tensioner Anchor
  • Plate
  • Chain Tensioner Pad
  • Chain Tensioner Plate
  • Cover(s)
  • Front Sprocket & Nut
  • Grommet(s)
  • Primary Chain
  • Rear Sprocket
  • Shaft Extension
  • Sliding Cam
  • Spacers
  • Sprocket Cover
I see that plate (pressure plate, clutch plate ???) is covered, but I'm guessing the friction plate is not. One would need to read the actual contract to see exactly what is covered.
I'm not seeing clutch hub, bearing, etc as being covered either.

NOTE: On the above website, the "Break System" is covered!

Just went through my ESP (Purchased Feb 02/22.. (Its a Canadian one, but I'm sure they just substitute 'Harley Canada' for 'Harley USA' in the text.. In the 'not-covered' section, there is no mention of clutch or clutch plates. Although, they do add 'not limited to', which I guess means that they can decline repairs for pretty well anything they're not in the mood to cover.

And then there is this, also on their web page:

PRINCES PER REPAIR WITHOUT THE H-D™ EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN*

WTF is a "prince"?

Along with this:

NATIONWIDE REPAIR LOCATION ASSITANCE

What is "assitance"?
