Got 27k on 16 EG, 103 TC


Almost last day of warranty, Service Writer tells me compensater is going out and should be replaced; I couldn’t hear any noise from primary but OK, replace it.

The primary has become noisy after comp replacement. When warmed up completely and in neutral, sounds like a bubble gum machine. But when I pull in the clutch, all the weird noise goes away.

Any ideas?? Thanks!

bring her back. also, make sure the service writer holds all parts for inspection (put that on the ticket), then take pictures. non warranty parts are yours but warranty parts are the moco, held for their inspection for a time if needed.
