Im having the same problem installing on a 2015 Street Glide. Ground off the rib as per instructions and once started up terrible grinding noise. On inspection it is rubbing on the central rib of the primary adjacent to the writing as per photo.

 

How was your chain alignment? Is that the stock primary?

 

Yes stock primary and alignment was at .035

 

Did the bolt fully bottom out in the crank shaft?
