Six gear does not want tofully engage. It seems to slip until i hit full throttle and only then will itgo completely in gear. Any suggestions?

Sounds like it's time for a trip to the HD.
The shift drum is hanging up for some reason, or the 6th gear shift dog has the corner rounded off, and wont stay ingaged?
Maybe a little broken off piece of crap is hanging up the drum?
It needs to have the top cover taken off, and a good look around in there.
Any problem with any other gear, or is it just 6th only?

It's either in or out bro...sounds more like the clutch is slipping. But let the knuckleheads at your local HD shop dink with it and report back to us what they find.

 

Oh...it's a BBC so you must have a Baker in there huh?
