Default Primary chain Adjustment

Can anyone tell me how to move the wheel with the bike up on the lift so i can move primary chain to check for tight spots. I tryed putting bike in 5th gear still cannot turn wheel.

Thank you funny never thought of that. Is it that important to rotate chain for tight spots?

I think it is. with my horsepower if I get it too tight in one spot my primary adjusting shoe cracks
