Default Powder coating slipons ?

Have denim black bike and jack pot head pipes with freedom slip-ons. Think I would like to have heat shields and slip-ons powder coated flat black along with bars and engine guard.

Questions are
1. Anyone have picture of street glide done like this.
2.Do slip-ons have to be high heat and there fore do shield's same so color matches
3.flat black handle bars and engine guard or semi flat to match exhaust after it bakes in.
4. Should I remove baffles before sending .

You'll want to use a high temperature CERAMIC coating for exhaust. Powder coating burns off quickly.

i am sorry but this is not accurate info _^ we coat shields, and mufflers all the time. powder is good till around 550-600* and your mufflers should never see anything near that! we have literally coated hundreds of shields and mufflers with awesome results. allot does depend on the tune of the bike, but as long as your set up correctly this will hold up no problem at all. I will also add we do high temp powder and ceramic and cerakote as well in the shop so we do have other options when coating shields/mufflers. but ya you can coat them no problem just ensure that the coating work is done correctly and your bike is properly set up. if needed i can post a **** ton of pics of the parts coated as well as on the bike, but those can also be found in the gallery thread we have in the powder coating section here below as well. we do also recomend a small piece of exhaust heat wrap around the clamp area on heat shields, this is only to offer some protection from the direct heat transfer from the header to the shield. works great, and looks great!
