Default paint code

i have been doing the same thing i found that harley sells all you need
61405-07 primed fuel tank $565.00
2.98628DKK Qt. big red flake $137.00
3.98628ek Qt. clear top coat $84.95
4.98628G Qt. primer $55.30
5.99825-02 Activator urethane $55.95
Tax $53.90
Total $952.10 way too much for a gallon of gas.
THIS IS UNPAINTED. WHAT I AM DOING IS I FOUND a TANK that fits. For $200.00 i am checking to see if its the right tank. then i found a really good auto paint place that has the activator, clear top coat and the primer. my research shows that you need to put a black base coat The Hard Candy Custom colors are created by applying tinted flakes, each more than seven times the size of metal flake used in typical production paint, over a black base coat. The flake is then covered with multiple layers of clear coat, which combined with hand sanding produces a finished surface with extraordinary depth. Each Hard Candy Custom paint set will be finished with graphics specific to the motorcycle model, and features a special Hard Candy Custom logo. I will skip the logo for some sort of decal as far as the paint color I will buy it from Harley as i know it will be a perfect match. then some more bargan hunting and we are off. close enough is close enough.

Sure would like to know of a Pro shop that does it perfect.
