Default Before/After Pics - Powdercoating

Before:

Changes:

- Wanted to go with mags (scored a set of 10-spokes and sent them to the Powder Pro). His pride in workmanship and attention to detail is above all. He permanently has my business from this point forward. He rides, he knows bikes in and out and knows how to powder coat the parts properly. When I took things locally there were issues.

- Wanted to powder coat lowers (had them done locally, but wish I would have gone through Powder Pro).

- Progressive Fork Springs w/ Redline 10wt Suspension Fluid

- Custom fabbed bars (1-piece MX T-Bar - 14" total rise; powder coated locally). Used lab metal to fill in knurling. I'm going to start producing bars. Picking up a bender.

- Magnum Shielding Black Pearl Cables/Brake Line

- Powder coated sprocket and rotors

- Wanted to relocate turn signals to above bottom triple tree for obvious reasons. Fabbed a headlight lift (1" up, 1/2" out) and powder coated it. Slotted the brackets in the fairing to move the mounts closer to allow the fairing to be raised.

After:

Once I build the bike funds up again. I plan on going with some 13" Progressive rear shocks (black), gloss black outer primary/cam cover/tranny cover/rocker covers, Andrews 30T Power Pulley and Ported/Polished TB from the Powder Pro. I'm sure more things will find their way!!

I'm also ditching the exhaust wrap and going with shields (coated hi-temp gloss black by the Powder Pro of course).

Nice color on the tins from before but the lowers look awesome and the bars look good too. Do you ride the highway a lot? SOA has ruined the cowl thing for me.

I ride daily. There isn't much other than highway riding in Texas if you are leaving town.

Lookin good. Starting the progress on mine. Ol lady got me wctb 12inch mx bars for xmas. Ordering progressive fork springs as we speak. Next is a C&C sport tour seat and getting some of the Hawaii wear and tear off this thing. Then maybe some fab by Mishap. Powder Pro will probably get some of my business too from all the hype Mishap and his bro have given me!
