I had someone I know paint my StreetGlide. he is a GM car painter. Did the job for dirt cheap. 50 bucks. Well everything is perfect except for the front fender. On both sides the very front rivets have a little paint run. The color is called nighthawk. Its black but in the right light you see blue sparkle. Is there anything I can do about these runs.
I didnt' notice it until I had everytihing installed. Really dont want to give him any S about it since he did it for so cheap.
ITs not even located where I could cover with some chrome..
color sand and buff is the only option you have at this point-----------also you need to know if it was a base coat/clearcoat system to not break thru the clear
thats ok lol-----------------------it should be a 2 part paint so you could sand and buff.If not and it breaks through you could respray or attempt a spot repair which to me sucks worse than a respray
B92P, B92P-3, B92P-A, B92P-G / 95238 - NIGHTHAWK BLACK
These are the Honda paint codes and the PPG code for one of the Nighthawk blacks there are 9 colors that have this same name in Honda and many variants . but they are all Basecoat so repairs should be just as posted
Color sand and buff is the only option you have at this point-also you need to know if it was a base coat clear coat system to not break thru the clear.and i think that there are many colors available in the market and we can choose color from color sheet.
