anyone powdercoat the heat shields on the vance and hines pipes?

Talk to JRK5892 on the forums he can do it. I used DEI Hi Temp silicone coating in a rattle can on mine (Big Shots) and it turned out good and haven't had any issues with well over a 1,000 miles on since I did it.

we coat shields all the time bud!!!
here are some coated in regular powder
high temp powder looks completely different than reg powder, here is 1200* after being in use at full temp... as you can see the color change is drastic
before operation
after use at full temp (you can see part final cures at full operational temp)
and a set of headers we shot in high temp
