Default rat rod colors? finishes easy to clean??

ok redoing my 97 heritage from scratch frame and all new ss motor new everything or i built it nothing stock cept frame question is love the rat rod look...before i get the guys telling me what a rat rod is i know im using a word out of context lol the red wheels/black paint rat rod lol
i didn't do my wheels red (not yet lol) anyways question is
i like the flat look but wanna make it easy to clean
i have unlimited resources when it comes to powder coating as i powder coat in my company soo i was gonna powder coat the entire bike
i was thinking sheet metal flat all other pcs forks swing arm etc... gloss will the sheet metal being flat be a pain in the *** to clean?

Mine is a flattened out chestnut brown. I have found it very easy to keep clean, it wipes down really nice with an old t shirt and a little water.

If its pc shouldnt be any more of a pia than washing a shiny bike. JKR can chime in but I would say no issues.

Powder coating cleans easy, no matter what the color.

The problem with Flat colors is one they are scratched there is nothing you can do about it. With gloss paint you can usually buff out or at least make them unoticeable.
