I'm redoing my Sons 89 GS 550 this summer and ill give PC a try on his bike... Some sweet work you do

 

Anyone done rattle can header paint with the ceramic?

 

i ended up painting them flat black
sanded, high temp header primer (krylon) 2 coats, then 3 coats vht high heat header paint

it looks great
when the bike is cool the stuff istough as nails, but when the pipe is hot the paint feels soft

hopefully with all the heating up and cooling down it will cure some more
otherwise looks thing it will need a touch up from time to time ( which is not a big deal anyway)
