I'm considering having a custom stencil made for design similar to the one on the tank pictured in this link, though not nearly as intricate. I want to create a stencil to run the length of my rear fender, down the center of my front fender, and a faux side panel on my tank. Have any of you dealt with stencil cutters who could do this? And equally important, what kind of prices do fender length stencils cost?

Any good sign shop can cut the stencils you need out of vinyl or a paint mask if they stock it. The only issue is if the design has a lot of small intricate parts it can get to be a pain to weed out and mask. If I run into that I will apply the vinyl and weed it out on the part. Good luck with your project.
