Well I don't want to sound like an a$$ but why do you have a 16k bike and then want to fix it with 10 dollar paint?
and in PPG Vivid black is like $3.00 an ounce its the clear that will get you.
also you could just get some black single stage paint from a local supplier a pint would do just fine and have plenty left over.
I would guess you will have $75.00-100.00 into this

Harley dealers sell the paint in a spray can. It's an acrylic laquer paint, vivid black, # 98606c I believe. (just ask for vivid black in a can) I have used it a bunch. It is an exact match. It dries fast and there is no need to clear coat it. You can tape off the section you want painted, and wet sand in the tape lines after it dries. You will not be able to tell it was repainted. Sand the area with 500 ish or finer grit and wipe down with laquer thinner and a tack cloth before you paint.
Here is an example of using it on a semi restoration. The tape line is above the oil tank, and wet-sanded to blend to the old tape.
