Default Powdercoat wheels

I have to get to my local guy but maybe someone here would know the answer to this question.

If I powdercoated stock rims could a guy easily mill or somehow make say 1/2" circles in a pattern on outter edge so aluminum shows through? Hope that makes sense.

Default answered my own question...post for others

I went to my powdercoat guy and had the rims and rotors dones. He taped off sections of rim as I wondered if one could do. Pics should be attached.
