How about just replacing the swingarm? If you can't align that, then you have a problem.,,

I called insurance company today and waiting to her from an adjuster. If they are to total which I think they will. I'm going to get wife a new bike then try to buy this one back so I can get new frame and build a project.

Thanks for everyones imput and I'll keep you posted on the out come

UPDATE

Well Insurance did total the bike, Looked further and swing arm was bent as well. I wanted to by it back but the want 5k. I went ahead and let them have it.

Bought a 2007 Deluxe with bags, pipes, stage one and lots of chrome. Wife is happy and back up riding.
