I understand from searching here that Pewter Pearl B/C PPG code 912872 is the silver base for the Pewter Pearl paint.

Is this correct and do I still need a code for the topcoat before the clearcoat or is this a simple basecoat/clearcoat paint?

Looks like just a basecoat/clear coat. See thread and link below. I don't recommend colorrite, just using there site as a reference. You should be able to get this mixed up and any paint store that sells PPG paints.
