I was wondering what your cut and buff process is. My gloss black has swirl marks, and some has some o-peel I wouldnt mind getting rid of. The parts still have good gloss but after a couple seasons a cut and buff might restore to fresh gloss

we polish tins not reguar parts we clear and polish the clear. you have a single coat and you run the risk of burning though, that is just too much KV when shot, still not all that bad though pretty good for what i have seen out there

some metals will jsut peel as it is more conductive... a good gun will cut back on that, we shoot with Wagners in the shop. best guy you can buy IMO
